If I could give more stars I would! This was the first car rental experience I’ve had that felt easy, relaxed, straightforward, and reassuring. Francisco is responsive and easygoing in his communication, and he is available and flexible with any questions or issues. I thought it such a bonus that he brings the car to your preferred location; I stepped off the train to meet him with my car. The real topper for me was that, a few days in, I had a very stressful (totally self-imposed) issue with my car; and not only did Francisco manage to get a tow truck to me in half an hour, but had it repaired (on a Saturday morning, when the garage wasn’t normally open), AND brought it all the way back to me in the countryside … all in under 24 hours. As a solo traveler, and staying in a more rural area, I was especially grateful for this incredible service. Big, warm thanks again, Francisco!
